INDOFOOD INSTANT SEASONING TO THE RESCUE

Quality dinner at home doesn't have to be complicated. Get a result of the restaurant's quality, by using only instant seasoning and some fresh produce from our pantry.
Here is a recipe to share with you using Indofood SAMBAL GORENG - KENTANG UDANG instant seasoning. (Stir fry potatoes and shrimp in spicy coconut gravy)
Ingredients:
150 gr Shrimp
500 gr Potatoes
100 gr string bean
1 Indofood Sambal Goreng instant seasoning
2 pcs Bay leaves
2 pcs Lime leaves
1 tsp Galangal Powder
100 ml water
Salt and sugar to taste
Blend all these ingredients to paste :
4 Red chili 🌶
4 Thai Chili 🌶 🌶 🌶
2 Shallot
5 cloves of garlic
3 roasted candlenuts
Cooking Direction:
1. Clean and Prep Dice potatoes and shrimp
2. Stir fry paste, bay leaves, and lime leaves add galangal and Indofood instant seasoning. Shrimp in, followed by sugar, salt, and add 1/2 cup water.
String bean and potato in. Stir on med-low heat for another 5 mins or until potatoes are done. Taste and make any corrections if needed. Enjoy the meal. Happy Cooking!
