The Story of a dozen Egg ... or Wings (whatever you have in fridge :))

Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs or wings
1 pack of Bamboe Bumbu Bali instant spices
1 tomato 🍅 diced
1 brown onion 🧅 diced
1/2 can of tomato sauce
5 lime leaves

For bolder and more aromatic you can add
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp minced Shallot

Directions:
Boil egg and peel (broil wings in the oven, 5 mins each side)
Fry boiled egg [to create texture that helps absord all the spices and aroma]
Stir fry Bamboe Instant Spices in 2 tbsp veg oil
Add garlic+shallot (optional)
Diced Brown onion In,
Diced Tomato in, keep stirring
Wait until onion becomes translucent and add 1/2 xan of tomato sauce
Simmer for another 10
Eggs in (or wings)
Lime leaves in
Simmer for another 5 mins for egg dish or 15-20 mins for wings.
